General
All of our units have electrical lighting and heating, PVC double-glazed windows, vinyl wipe-down boarding throughout and are in timber construction with 12B27 Weathercote to external wall finish.

Delivery and installation
We supply all the labour, plant and materials to deliver and erect the units and this will include all the transportation costs, installation with our own Hiab lorries, paving slab and jack foundations and making watertight on completion.

Ramps, steps and external skirting
We can supply and construct main entrance timber ramps, timber fire exit steps – all conforming to current Building Regulations (Part M), with anti-slip finish, vertical handrails to suit – and slatted timber skirting to the underside of the modular units, all of which will be decorated on completion.
