Approx. size 9m x 8m; accommodation to consist of teaching area, entrance lobby and store room

Specification for 5 bay double classroom
Approx. size 15m x 9m; accommodation to consist of entrance lobby, two classrooms (each giving a teaching area of approx. 64 square metres) and storeroom to each classroom.

Specification for 6 bay double classroom with toilet facilities
Approx. size 15m x 9m; accommodation to consist of entrance lobby, two classrooms (each giving a teaching area of approx. 64 square metres), office, storeroom, 2 toilets with hand basins and disabled toilet to current Building Regulations (Part M).

Specification for 4 bay nursery
Approx. size 12m x 8.2m; accommodation to consist of entrance lobby, classroom - giving a teaching area of approx. 64 square metres - office, storeroom, kitchen, 2 junior toilets with hand basins and disabled toilet to current Building Regulations (Part M).

Specification for 5 bay nursery
Approx. size 15m x 8.2m; accommodation to consist of entrance lobby, two classrooms (each giving a teaching area of approx. 64 square metres), office, kitchen, baby change room and baby sleep room, storeroom, 2 junior toilets with hand basins and disabled toilet to current Building Regulations (Part M).

Specification for 6 bay nursery
Approx. size 18m x 8.2m; accommodation to consist of entrance lobby, two classrooms (each giving a teaching area of approx. 64 square metres), office, kitchen, baby change room and baby sleep room, storeroom, 3 junior toilets with hand basins and disabled toilet to current Building Regulations (Part M).

General
All of our units have electrical lighting and heating, PVC double-glazed windows, vinyl wipe-down boarding throughout and are in timber construction with 12b25 Weathercote to external wall finish.

Delivery and installation
We supply all the labour, plant and materials to deliver and erect the units and this will include all the transportation costs, installation with our own Hiab lorries, paving slab and jack foundations and making watertight on completion at a cost of Nine Hundred Pounds per bay.

Ramps, steps and external skirting
We can supply and construct main entrance timber ramps, timber fire exit steps – all conforming to current Building Regulations (Part M), with anti-slip finish, vertical handrails to suit – and slatted timber skirting to the underside of the modular units, all of which will be decorated on completion.
