MRC manufacture new high specification re-locatable accommodation units, based on a timber construction
with a lattice steel roof beam, steel U channel to underside of floor joists and offering an choice of external
finishes, including stippled textured finish, Plastisol high finish or Stoneflex.

All buildings have PVC double-glazed windows with top vents. Internal decoration, depending on specification,
includes plasterboard lining with vinyl finish, electric or gas heating, floor coverings to suit requirements

All MRC buildings conform to current Building Regulations, including emergency lighting and disabled access
(Part M). They also meet or exceed all current U values. We offer a full mechanical warranty as well as a
construction warranty covering the roof (dependent on roof type)
