MRC manufacture new high specification, re-locatable accommodation units; constructed on a timber frame with a lattice steel roof beam and unique seven degree dual pitched roof, steel U channel to underside of floor joists and offering an choice of external finishes - including Weathercote textured, Plastisol steel or Stoneflex finishes.

All buildings have PVC double-glazed windows with top vents to assist airflow, and we can install full-height or high-level windows to suit your requirements.

Standard decoration includes for vinyl faced plasterboard to all internal walls, ash-faced internal doors with half-an-hour fire rating, stained timber skirting and timber mounted coat-hooks; we can install air conditioning to provide warm and cool air options, or electric convector or gas heating.

All MRC buildings conform to current Building Regulations, including emergency lighting and disabled access (Part M).
They also meet or exceed all current U values.

We offer a full mechanical warranty as well as a construction warranty covering the roof (dependent on roof type).
