MRC offer a unique modular system with very low maintenance costs.

Long-life external finishes are used, and both these and the roof performance are guaranteed (depending on the product used).

All external windows are zero-maintenance PVC framed, and all guttering is in maintenance-free PVC.

We can offer Plastisol steel and Stoneflex finishes to the external walls which require no maintenance, while our standard textured Weathercote finish requires a colourwash every five years – a single day’s work for a standard 3 bay classroom block.

No internal decoration is required as we use vinyl faced plasterboard to all walls and standard plasterboard on the ceilings.
